What does a new shopfitting cost? How expensive is a shopfitting?

These are the questions most frequently asked by our customers during the first meeting. Preferably on the phone: “What is the price per square meter? Can you make a rough cost estimate for our store? We have an appointment with our bank next week and urgently need an overall budget for the loan. "

As you can see in our detailed list below in the text, there are a number of individual items that are responsible for the total costs. To make a quick statement here might seem self-confident, but it would not be serious. Because with a cost estimate that is too small or too large, you can put not only the project of your prospective customer at risk, but in the worst case also your personal circumstances.

We know from past projects of customers with several branches that even with a uniform furniture system, the price difference from object to object can vary by up to 50% per square meter. There are a number of reasons for the large price difference such as the equipment, condition and location of the property or the different distribution of costs between tenant and landlord. Another aspect is the various requirements of the interested party in terms of design, quality levels and quantity.

So before we can roughly name a number, we check all relevant points together with our customers. Ideally, the client gives us an approximate budget, which he calculates from the performance of his company. In the first step, we can use our experience to define the extent to which the store redesign or the quality levels it can take place. Because the goal is to generate the maximum effect with the customer's budget.

In order to have a reasonable basis for this goal, the creation of a concept is of great importance. The preparation of this planning phase certainly costs money, but compared to the total volume of the construction project, this part of the cost is only a tiny fraction. Many ideas, questions and ideas are clearly put into shape in the concept phase and everyone involved gets a feel for the project. During the joint development of an individual concept, specifications are made and all relevant points on the checklist are processed. In this way, the project is defined piece by piece and an initial realistic cost estimate can be made. The advantage for the customer is that he now has an actual overview of his construction project and the risk of excessive cost fluctuations afterwards is avoided.

We are committed to keeping the complicated processes as simple as possible during all phases of shop fitting. This means that our customers can continue to concentrate on their day-to-day business. Quasi turnkey shop fitting from start to finish.
